Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Split vanilla bean lengthwise with a sharp knife.
- Scrape seeds from each half into a large bowl.
- Pour whipping cream into the bowl.
- Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
- With an electric mixer whip the mixture for 3-5 minutes, until peaks form.
- Serve with your favorite fruit or dessert.
