Chantilly Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla Bean
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Split vanilla bean lengthwise with a sharp knife.
  • Scrape seeds from each half into a large bowl.
  • Pour whipping cream into the bowl.
  • Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
  • With an electric mixer whip the mixture for 3-5 minutes, until peaks form.
  • Serve with your favorite fruit or dessert.
