- 1 Mixer
- 2 Loaf Pans
Ingredients
- 7 Bananas
- 2/3 Cups Butter (melted)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven (350˚F).
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the bananas and melted butter.
- Add the eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the flour mixture slowly into the banana mixture. Mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir.
- Pour the batter into greased loaf pans.
- Place loaf pans in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
