  • 2 Loaf Pans

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Bananas
  • 2/3 Cups Butter (melted)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven (350˚F).
  • In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the bananas and melted butter.
  • Add the eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture slowly into the banana mixture. Mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir.
  • Pour the batter into greased loaf pans.
  • Place loaf pans in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
