Crustless Quiche
A quiche is a perfect addition to any brunch or a quick solution to a household of guests.
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 Cup Cheese (cheddar, swiss and gruyere work best)
- 1 Tablespoon Frech Cut Chives
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cut Dill
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- BEAT eggs, milk, thyme and salt in medium bowl until blended.
- POUR mixture into greased pie pan.
- BAKE in center of 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- REST 10 – 15 minutes.
- CUT into slices.
