Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 5 oz each or jars tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp capers drained and chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup sprouts alfalfa, broccoli, or your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, olive oil, capers, and lemon zest.
  • Mix gently to combine.

Add the Sprouts

  • Fold in the sprouts for a fresh, crunchy texture.

Season

  • Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavors as needed.
