Mediterranean Tuna Salad
A light and tangy Mediterranean tuna salad made with olive oil, capers, lemon zest, and sprouts - perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or wraps!

Fork or Spoon To mix the tuna salad thoroughly.
Zester or Grater For zesting the lemon.
Can Opener To open the canned tuna.
Knife and Cutting Board . For chopping any additional ingredients, if needed.
- 2 cans 5 oz each or jars tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers drained and chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sprouts alfalfa, broccoli, or your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, olive oil, capers, and lemon zest.
Mix gently to combine.
