Crafted with tequila, this refreshing cocktail blends fresh grapefruit and lime juices to deliver a vibrant and zesty flavor profile. Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice about half a grapefruit
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice about half a lime
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit wedge and salted rim for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

  • Salt the Rim (optional): Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into a plate of coarse salt to coat.
  • Fill the glass with ice.

Step 2: Mix the Drink

  • In a shaker, combine the tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Step 3: Assemble the Paloma

  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Top off with sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
  • Enjoy your refreshing Paloma!

Notes
