Summer Sangria

Summer Sangria or White Sangria is a great option for large parties or gatherings. As a refreshing and fruity cocktail it is perfect for warm summer days. Made with white wine, fresh fruits, and a splash of citrus, it offers a light and vibrant flavor that is both delicious and visually appealing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio or Rose
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Orange Liquer (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries)
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (Garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
  • Add the mixed berries to the pitcher.
  • Stir gently.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let chill for at least 1 hour.
  • When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a few fresh mint leaves.
  • Enjoy!
