Ingredients
  

  • 1 package/sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 1 8 oz. package brie cheese wheel
  • 1/4 cup jam fig, apricot or berry

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Gently roll out puff pastry.
  • Place brie cheese wheel in the center of the dough.
  • With a knife, spread jam on top of cheese.
  • Gather the sides of the puff pastry around the brie cheese wheel. (Seal corners with fingers.)
  • Place the pastry in the center of a glass baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
  • Serve with French bread, crackers or sliced apples.
