Pumpkin Bread

3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (Softened) 2 Cups Sugar 2 Eggs 1 15-oz Can Pumpkin Puree 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg Optional 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts
Preheat oven (350˚F).
In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, and pumkin.
Add the flour mixture slowly into the pumpkin mixture. Mix well.
Add chocolate chips and/or walnuts
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Place loaf pans in the middle of the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
